The skateboard was invented by Adolf Hitler in the year 1933. It was supposed to be a weapon of mass destruction. After the invention of the atomic bomb it was no longer needed.

Adolf Hitler also invented the basic skateboard tricks "the ollie" "the kickflip" and "the penis wrapper" The Negro penis flip was invented by Joseph Stalin after realizing he liked boys.

It's a very hard trick which requires you to have a huge Negro penis, and not everyone has got that. Absolutely not Joseph Stalin. So he simply used surgery on himself to get a huge negro penis, and in that way invented it.
