Wikipedia doesn't have a proper article about Missoura. It really wouldn't help those so-called experts by writing one either.

Missoura is the mirror-universe version of Missouri. It is shaped precisely the same as Missouri, but backward. Major cities include Siuol .Ts and Ytic Sasnak. Its capital is Ytic Nosreffej. Its governor for life is Bizarro.

The term Missoura was invented by MoDOT to confuse people in states which border Missouri. This has been particularly good to confuse people living in Kansas City, Kansas, who cower along Parallel Parkway in fear that no matter which pronunciation of the state next to them that they use, someone will be offended and nail them to a fencepost.

After the mirror universe was discovered, Missoura became the name of the mirror-universe edition of Missouri (now with 25% less methamphetamine!).

MoDOT headquarters are located in Missoura on the fourth Thursday of each month, except Thanksgiving, when they are located in Des Moines, Iowa (though this doesn't matter, as nobody shows up to work then anyway). This is known as transcendentalism.
