McGriddlesTM is a unique tool constructed by President Obama himself as a weapon, supposedly better than a nuclear missile. McGriddles has been very effective in spreading the McGriddlesGriddles disease which can only be spread by McGriddlesTM. Barack Obama has personally constructed the McGriddlesTM device and cleverly bribed McDonalds to manufacture the McGriddlesTM device which infects the user.

McGriddlesTM actually looks like a little dot. The things around it are just fats. Barack Obama cleverly designed this in order to conquer the world. His mission is strictly confidential and nobody know about it.
Decorated, an ordinary McGriddlesTM looks like a flying Oreo. McGriddlesTM has the certain ability to convince people to think that everything is flying. Most likely, the effect came from one of Maplestory's "Free Potions". (They cost US$7 each.)

Yep, it's a disease. It causes obesity, Salmonella, Campylobacter, Calicivirus, Gastrointestinal Cancer, Malaria, Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism. And maybe the Flu. Yes, the evil flu. The EVIL flu.
If you want, you can get McGriddlesGriddles by asking Barack Obama. He'll either inject you with some McGriddlesGriddles virus or something. Alternatively, you can get some by stealing from the World Health Organization. (They provide decoys which are most likely antivirus. DRUGS!!!)
Sometimes, McGriddlesGriddles make people have seizures and suddenly put a flower on their head, but it is highly unlikely for such to happen. The only occurrence of such a symptom was the Curious Case of Jim Carrey. Till now, it is still not known how he attained seizures while infected with McGriddlesGriddles.
