Hee-hee! is the single most used term, generally screamed by crazy old men with handlebar moustaches and was made popular by Michael Jackson. It can usually be described as being pure evil and is thought to be a mating call to attract crazy old women.

Hee-hee! has long been heralded and defiled by lesser-men, most of whom do not even have moustaches. In the event that a lesser-man shall utter a hee-hee! without express written permission from a crazy old man, lawsuits and even horrifying, skull raping tortures can be visited upon the infringer.

Though Hee-hee! is described as being used only by crazy old men, there is one case in which this is not true. Serj Tankian of System of a Down has been bestowed the right to use this phrase in any way he wants, as the crazy old men find him to be even more insane than they themselves.

Hee-hee! has been outlawed in 49 states. Texas encourages the use of Hee-hee! by crazy old men because it is, in fact, utterly and completely nuts. Hee-hee! has also been illegalized in every country on Earth, including Mars.

These legal issues, though, do not stop the usage of the evil, man-slaughtering, crazy old man phrase. In general, police officers are deathly frightened of the crazy old men who utter the phrase. HEE HEE

heehee is also commonly used by girls on myspace in an example: "that girls pic is soo ugly! heehee!!" it seems to be what you put at the end of a mean sentance to make it look more innocent. it is also used in the title of bulletins, that are survey things. have u ever done one of those surveys where you check the boxes that apply to you, and then count them up, and that is the percent, and you use that as a subject name? you know you have...heehee such as: "im 78% emo! heehee!" or "i have 1 of 78 common fears!! heehee!" I guess it makes the bulletin look funny, so people will click it and read it, and some how, they may understand you better. heehee is also used with tee in front of it, for the more osm people. and they write all over their myspace something totally off the wall like: "teeheehee i ate the last cookie" and seriously, which is funnier: "teeheehee i ate the last cookie" or "heehee i ate the last cookie" and who would u talk to, someone who is funny, or someone who is un-original.? see what I mean? its all about provoking!
