Germs originated in Germany. The most common types are E. Coli, G. Bush and Taxidermologyismis.

One of the least common, Get Some Sick is most common in places such as Switzerland. Scientists are not sure why it likes Switzerland but they think it may have something to do with the Men:Women ratio of 12:1.
