Hey, I recently had a small dispute with User:Roman Dog Bird about some content on the Non-Huffable Kitten page about not leaving reasons why content was removed. The user gave me 2 links and said they would leave the page alone from now on. I did not read the section of the guidelines and I didn't make a grudge out of it. I just responded on the user's talk saying that if the proper notes were left instead of "Wrong" and "Not Funny" I wouldn't have started an issue.

This is what I am assuming. The user logged out and posted GAY in my user talk area. I am assuming this because it was on the same day (day of posting) that I noted this on the user's talk page and the IP only edited my talk page and did nothing else. I found this by the logs (obviously).

I don't know if this was the place to put it, so if not, leave me a note in my talk page (and read the capitalized GAY as proof because I didn't remove it) telling me and I will be sure not to make the error again. (n.b.: I've since reverted the vandalism; if you want to see the revision, it's here. H.01:40 UTC, 08.19.2007)

The reason I am posting this is because I thought this place had a strict policy against cyber-bullying and I do not want this to progress and I want someone to get the user to leave me alone before the user progresses the situation. -- 23:31, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

There's no way I can verify that right now. However, if you talk to one of our staffers (try Sannse), then they can sort that out with checkuser. As for RDB's behavior, I think I'll drop him a line. —Hinoa talk.kun 01:09, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
That is NOT me. I can assure you. I'm an asshole, but I wouldn't do that. I said I would leave you alone, and I have ever since. This is all just a coincidence. Roman Dog Bird 01:23, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
Then can I have a staff member check if someone else who had registered an account on here did this? I am not sure exactly who to contact and I do not know how to state the request. And thank you for responding, I can't stop you from editing the article, and you can edit it, I just would like to know why you were removing the stuff because most people would put an explanation if they made a revert and had to do it several times.-- 02:05, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
First of all, this lists staff. Second, just ask them on their talk page and explain why you want the check done. --Sir Starnestommy Icons-flag-us (TalkContribsCUNCapt.) 04:38, August 19, 2007
Your best bet on that list would be with sannse, or maybe splaka. But, I suppose you could try some of the others. P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon Baloon(Tick Tock) (Contribs) 04:56, Aug 19, 2007
You could also try asking in the channel #wikia on IRC. --Sir Starnestommy Icons-flag-us (TalkContribsCUNCapt.) 05:38, August 19, 2007

By the way, from here it looks like RDB was doing what any of us would have done with those removals. The (longer than will fit in an edit-summary) explanation is that Chuck Norris, Steve Balmer et al are so overused on Uncyclopedia that to most regular users a mere mention of them will automatically make an article about half as funny as it was. They're basically canned jokes that have turned cliche on Uncyclopedia. Kitten Huffing is similar actually, although like Chuck and Steve, we let the odd page go by out of some sort of old nostalgic fondness for when the idea was new and exciting. --Strange (but) Untrue  Whhhy?Whut? How? *Back from the dead* 10:05, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Jes for the record, the IPs don't match. Obviously all the clever folks know what that means, for the rest of you: nothing much. IPs can be faked, but there's nothing to say that's happened in this case. Null report. -- sannse@fandom (talk) 12:05, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
And in my other persona... f'goodness sake, that was hardly worth even talking about, let alone a checkuser. Ratmaster if you consider one posting of "gay" to be cyberbullying, maybe uncyc ain't the place for you. sannse@fandom (talk) 12:05, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
I have had these attacks before on my sites, which I have abandoned awhile ago that someone was going under different IPs spamming my site's forum with all these random insults. I really didn't feel hurt by someone saying gay to me, I just didn't want to get my talk page spammed every 5 minutes with random crap. -- 12:36, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
If it happens, we'll deal with it... although it's happened to me many a time, on several wikis, and I'm a great believer in revert and ignore -- sannse@fandom (talk) 16:22, 20 August 2007 (UTC) (p.s. fixed yer sig)

Wait! Olipro called me gay?! WAAAAAAH!!!!! ... oh, wait a minute, I am gay. Carry on -- sannse@fandom (talk) 10:27, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
I'll tell ye what's gay. T3h Username policy. Yeah, I read your user-name policy and it's GayJorgen 09:11, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

Proposal for resolving conflict within User disputes

I would like to propose that these issues are dealt with in the traditional method, with both combatants fighting in the old Highland way - bare-breasted and each carrying an eight pound baby. I believe this to be the only way to reach a satisfactory conclusion. -- Sir Mhaille Icons-flag-gb (talk to me)

Can we ask for at least one of the combatants to be a female? ~Jewriken.GIF 11:21, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
How about both, and the involvement of baby cream? -- Sir Mhaille Icons-flag-gb (talk to me)
...Which is made out of fresh babies? ~Jewriken.GIF 14:04, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
Yum, fresh babies! P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon Baloon(Tick Tock) (Contribs) 16:56, Aug 24, 2007
Isn't that the white trash way? Or are the two so intertwined that the only way to tell them apart is by the colour of the flip-flops and mumus? I assume that each Highlander clan has its own colours and patterns for their mumu. Also, "Yehd best be gittin' of meh prop-er-tee." becomes the same, but with a silly accent..."Theh ken teck oor lond, theh ken teck oor lyves, boot thehd best be gittin' oof oor proo-per-tee!" Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 19:42, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
I can so hear Mel Gibson saying those lines... -- Sir Mhaille Icons-flag-gb (talk to me)

The Only way forward

Is a hybrid solution. So, dueling to the death with Blunderbuss and Hot-air balloons. Winner must eat loser, so on and so forth. Yeah, I read your user-name policy and it's GayJorgen 08:01, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

I vote for Mhallie, I want to see those impressive Northern muscles -- sannse@fandom (talk) 08:42, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
And here I thought Spang was the honorable Scotsman. I can't compete, of course, because my family was kicked out of Scotland for not admitting that the English weren't all bloodthirsty child-murderers. Even after our clan leader was defeated in man-on-man combat and was stuck in a headlock, he refused to give in until we were all banished to America. Damned Kingdom unification...--<<Bradmonogram.png>> 11:33, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
OK, so Spang is more Northern, but I bet he's not more muscle-some. And I have to say, that story you were told about the headlock is very suspect. From what I was told, it was all about wedlock, or the lack of it, on her part at least... and then there were the twins, and their sporans... not to mention the rather nasty little flap about the highland cattle and the rampant horns... But then you Scots never did know how to keep a stiff upper lip... -- sannse@fandom (talk) 12:04, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
