The draft's over, the players have been put on their respective teams, and everything is ready to go for the third straight season of Uncyclopedia fantasy football. Hell yeah. —UnführerGuildyRittervonGuildensternenstein 19:51, September 7, 2011 (UTC)
Fuck, I won!! Fuck, I WON!!!!!!!!! AND I was missing like 5 guys from my starting lineup :D. Than again, Mr. Pinecone didn't set anyone on his team but his QB lolz... →A(Ruins) 22:57, September 13, 2011 (UTC)
Week 2
For anyone interested, I have three starable tight ends on my roster. If anyone wants to make a deal, let me know. —UnführerGuildyRittervonGuildensternenstein 14:25, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
Guildy, are you talking to yourself AGAIN? →A(Ruins) 17:30, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
Referring to a TE who is worthy of starting on a regular basis. As long as Jimmy Graham stays healthy and keeps collecting good points for the Sockmeisters, you only need a replacement in week 11 - when New Orleans has their bye week.-- 21:32, September 16, 2011 (UTC)
Dez Bryant: Look for news sometime today (or maybe early Sunday)about his health status. He should be played if healthy. Reggie Wayne: Had a great game last week despite Indy's offensive troubles. No injury concerns despite the "P" next to his name. Only concern is the possibility of him being personally covered by a top cornerback- Haden for the Browns. Indy has a full compliment of good, healthy receivers - so there's a chance he may not have as good a week as the last one. Your other options are pretty meh though. You should just suck it up and start Wayne, hope for the best. If Dez becomes an issue, you start Hester in his place. Later in the season, Breaston might become a good potential replacement for illing WR's but the Chiefs are starting off a little cold on offense. I think your matchup this week will be decided by two key games: San Diego @ New England & Philadelphia @ Atlanta. Cheddar has over half his roster invested in those two games - If ATL and NE play well on Defense, Cheds will probably score low. Hopefully, your QB will rip apart Miami like NE last week and won't do it by connecting with Cheds Andre Johnson too much. Good luck! -- 05:02, September 17, 2011 (UTC)
Oblong Scones still haven't edited their roster. Could they be the new "The Winnerz?" - ho scopato tuamadre nelculo - 21:17,16September,2011
Is that good or bad...in fact what is that? mAttlobster. (hello) 18:22, September 17, 2011 (UTC)
In the first year of UFFL, there was a team called "The Winnerz." The owner couldn't figure out how to edit his roster, and ended the season with a total of 0 points are a 0-14 record. - ho scopato tuamadre nelculo - 02:00,19September,2011
Thank God my team exploded when I was facing Neox. Didn't need this when I played Brad last week. Not at all... WoodyOnFire!Talking WoodyStalking Woody 20:43, September 19, 2011 (UTC)
Yeah, and that excess of points I scored in Week 1 totally wouldn't have been more convenient this week, either. Totally not. —SirSocky(talk)(stalk)GUNSotMUotMPMotMUotYPotMWotM20:47, 19 September 2011
The two go hand-in-hand... I mean, I've only lost my Pro Bowl starting quarterback, my backup quarterback, a Pro Bowl wide receiver, an up-and-coming backup wide receiver, and a Pro Bowl tight end. I'm doing well.--<<>> 12:34, October 10, 2011 (UTC)
I had a feeling that my team would suck ass this week, seeing as how my breadwinners were on bye and Blount being injured but sheeeeeesh - Graham goes down in the first quarter (1.1 points) Harvin goes down in the second and players I dumped finally had a good week - while not on my roster. -- 13:44, October 25, 2011 (UTC)
Yeah, I had that with an RB of mine. FantasyPros told me this one guy was great so I dropped one of my RBs for him and now it turns out he didn't even play. :/—SirSocky(talk)(stalk)GUNSotMUotMPMotMUotYPotMWotM14:17, 25 October 2011
Oh those experts! Learning when to ignore them isn't easy. Scores were pretty low all around this week though. Hard to believe we had weeks with 4 or more people in triple digits.-- 14:43, October 25, 2011 (UTC)
Damn. I wish I was around 12 weeks ago so I could have joined this. Anyway, I hear Vegas odds are 4 to 1 on Socky.--PhlegmLeoispotter* (garble! jank!) 04:29, December 1, 2011 (UTC)
Still a very good show. Not crying hilarious as the first two seasons, but still very entertaining. - ho scopato tuamadre nelculo - 03:40,1November,2011
Predictions
The technological singularity is going to be reached within this century. Unless we manage to destroy the planet before it can happen. —SirSocky(talk)(stalk)GUNSotMUotMPMotMUotYPotMWotM03:31, 19 September 2011
A Little Experiment
So, I clicked the "Create A League" button earlier today and I've been playing around with the settings. The resulting madness can be seen here. Or it could be once I have enough teams so I can make it auto-pick for everyone. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. For one thing, no bench seats are anticipated, so once your players are in the right position, all you have to do is sit back and relax. If you're interested, please join. I'll wait a couple days and when I have something like 8 teams, I'll commence the auto-picking process. —SirSocky(talk)(stalk)GUNSotMUotMPMotMUotYPotMWotM03:46, 19 September 2011
You have 8 now. Seeing as there's 4 TE's on the starting roster and 32 NFL teams divided by 8......yeah, keep it at 8 teams.-- 18:46, September 20, 2011 (UTC)
All the teams have players now. Feel free to check the waivers if you got someone who won't be scoring a lot of points. Also, nice team name, DrStrange. ; ) —SirSocky(talk)(stalk)GUNSotMUotMPMotMUotYPotMWotM19:58, 21 September 2011
All the free agents are off waivers tomorrow - free for all! I don't know how I didn't manage to kick Vick off my rankings list for the draft - with no bench, I'm stuck with him the weeks he's hurt. Can't dump him, that would be silly. I love that one-time ERADICATOR sketch from Kids In The Hall. That's my inner competitive spirit - way too serious.-- 20:22, September 21, 2011 (UTC)
Trade Offers
I have Aaron Rodgers, and Matthew Stafford. I am willing to trade either one for a good RB or WR, or both. Anybody want in on this? WoodyOnFire!Talking WoodyStalking Woody 05:19, September 22, 2011 (UTC)
I'm interested, but somehow I doubt Reggie Bush or Michael Crabtree are good enough for you.--<<>> 11:47, September 26, 2011 (UTC)
Im interested in Aaron Rodgers, what do you want for him? →A(Ruins) 23:18, September 26, 2011 (UTC)
For Rodgers.... Probably Mike Wallace, and something else. Propose something if you'd like. WoodyOnFire!Talking WoodyStalking Woody 04:28, September 27, 2011 (UTC)
Seriously, guys!
I have two of the top 4 ranked QBs in the league right now, and nobody wants either of them? Really? WoodyOnFire!Talking WoodyStalking Woody 03:24, October 1, 2011 (UTC)
I do. Seriously, I do. But... all I have is this pack of used chewing gum to trade.--<<>> 11:42, October 1, 2011 (UTC)
