THE 1TH ANNUAL GTC-(Drac)ULLA WRITING COMPETITION
IT'S UNCANCELED! AND ENCYCLOPEDIA DRAMATICA IS GONE!
Citizens, today, after seeing the success of the Poo Lit Suprise, Foolitzer Prize, Pulitzer Price, Happy Monkey Writing Comptetition, VFH Top 10 and the Hourly Writing Contest, I started up a new writing contest: to see how many articles you can write in a week. A week. A week. A week. I'll say it again: in ONE FUCKING WEEK, MOTHERFUCKER! NO FUCKING EXCEPTIONS.
Starting on May 1 2011, you have to write as many articles as you can, regardless of quality (but please abide by the Manual of Style. Even I have standards on the quality of work), in a week. Write up about any subject, any namespace, my namespace or yours (conditions apply). And the competition is open to anyone who has an Uncyc account. If you can write an article in an hour, then you can complete several articles in a week. No exceptions.
But there is one condition: you cannot write your articles in your userspace, the article must have at least one picture in your article, and you cannot use the construction template for saving your article. And the competition ends on May 7 April 2011 at 11:59PM (UTC+10), 1:59PM (GMT) or 8:59AM (UTC-5) sharp. No exceptions.
And at the end of the date, the articles will be judged. The winner will have the articles kept in the userspace, and be forced to continue editing the page. Losers will have one hour to move their articles to their userspace. Failure to do so will result in having their articles placed on VFD, and Zombiebaron deletes it. No exceptions.
To recap, here are the rules:
Write and complete as many articles as you can in a week.
Judges cannot compete on this contest.
Articles created need to have at least one picture (or it's deleted).
Articles cannot be written in your userspace.
Construction template cannot be used, and its use will not be tolerated (may result in disqualification).
Competition starts on May 1, ends on May 7.
Winners will have their articles kept in userspace (and continue editing so that it looks better).
Losers will be given one hour to move their articles to their userspace.
Any losing articles for this competition not moved will be deleted.
Thanks Zombiebaron. Now, as I said, your articles must have at least one picture or it is disqualified and placed on VFD when the competition ends. And Zombiebaron will delete them all afterwards. |Si PlebiusDato' (Sir)Joeang PinoyCUN|ICKill| 05:28, March 29, 2011 (UTC)
We need four more contestants! When the competition start, it would be posted in the Village Dump! |Si PlebiusDato' (Sir)Joeang PinoyCUN|ICKill| 05:49, April 28, 2011 (UTC)
Hopefully bad ones will be huffed quickly and VFD won't have to carry the overload. This could be very good, like Picasso painting 20 masterpieces in an hour. Or it could be very very bad, like Fuku reactor core meltdown bad. Aleister 9:44 1-4-'11
Are you joining yet? If you can write an article in an hour, then maybe you can write about 20 in a week. |Si PlebiusDato' (Sir)Joeang PinoyCUN|ICKill| 10:15, April 2, 2011 (UTC)
May... 1? So this is a weekly competition? I think I`m in. Cat the Colourful(Feed me!)Zzz05:59, 19April, 2011(UTC)
It's a one week in a year competition. But there are setbacks and I had postponed it, then cancelled it, then uncancel it to celebrate Encyclopedia Dramatica's destruction, and will start on May 1. Now sign up or I will kill you. |Si PlebiusDato' (Sir)Joeang PinoyCUN|ICKill| 08:10, April 20, 2011 (UTC)
