The software is messing my signature up. This is the wikicode for it: [[User: ChromaNebula|{{SUBST:color|red|C}}{{SUBST:color|orange|h}}{{SUBST:color|yellow|r}}{{SUBST:color|green|o}}{{SUBST:color|blue|m}}{{SUBST:color|purple|a}}{{SUBST:color|silver|Nebula}}]] [[User talk: ChromaNebula|{{SUBST:color|gold|(talk)}}]] But it displays as this: coralcoralon-whiteyucky-looking gooey yellow with a touch of slimy greenjet blackmauvebrown off-off-white Does anyone have any idea what is going on? fuchsiaoff-off-whitebrownturquoisegreyorangeTestcard green 17:19, June 8, 2012 (UTC)
- I think that template is what doesn't work properly, not the software. I prefer using <span style=color:insertthecolorhere</span. And please don't add those colors here. 17:34, 8 June, 2012 (UTC)
- I think I understood it. Don't use SUBST. As you can see, in this forum there's all that what's included in the template itself... And by that I mean all the options. 17:41, 8 June, 2012 (UTC)
- You're using the {{color}} template, which is used to produce random colour names, not to change the colour of text. 18:21, 8 June 2012
