If you look, yes, there are feeds. But they're only on special pages which are updated like RecentChanges. In fact, I've only seen feeds on RC and nowhere else. ~

Just look at Special:Specialpages and you'll be bound to find a page like that in the feed. I'd like for you to find this page by yourself, and it will be rather obvious when you see it there. ~
