Despite my call out to many users I know that the Pee Review is not being used very much still not many have acted. We need more reviews and more articles to review, please. Sir ScottPat Icons-flag-gb Scotland Flag 1 UnS CUN VFH (talk) 07:51, April 10, 2013 (UTC)

Having finally righted the Mother Ship of Amateur Comedy after a gang of rebels made off in a lifeboat they unfortunately pushed through its hull, we do appreciate you finally resuming meal service aboard ship with the new UnSignpost. You are also providing the social touch that many people come here for and that Aleister provides in the rare case that someone can understand his posts.
However, it is a classic newbie move to keep urging every Uncyclopedian you can find to read your stuff, including your note to an even newer user that Old Spike is pretty helpful at first but then just leaves you be. We all want our stuff read. That's why we write it. In fact, there are many venerable Uncyclopedia institutions that have fallen into disuse. Our tradition of regalia, for instance, is dormant since I awarded my fellow new Admin and the two other candidates shiny new epaulettes two months ago. As Wikipedia has Barnstars, we have all sorts of junk templates that, if they were pasted onto user talk pages, might make users a little less desperate for our more public honors. You can't revive all these traditions yourself, though it is valiant to try. Having been given stewardship of the UnSignpost, your basic job is to monitor everything that happens here and continually ask yourself, Is this newsworthy? and while doing that, continue encouraging new users. Apart from that, do us the courtesy of assuming we are giving the site all the time we see fit to give it. It may even be that more time spent reading Brother Scott articles would mean less time spent on ship repairs. So focus, and pace yourself. Spıke ¬ 11:06 10-Apr-13

I thought you'd finished telling me off for the SPIKE comment. I said I'm sorry and I really mean it. This comment here isn't directed against you and others who have helped me. It is directed towards people who rarely use their account and therefore don't provide us with contribution. I'm sorry if I've offended you. You haven't! I mention it again simply because it is of a piece with the other stuff, not to pick a fight. In general, people here are doing what they want to do. They fall away for many personal reasons, and sometimes return, but rarely return for the sake of doing Pee Reviews. Spıke ¬ 11:22 10-Apr-13

Well in that case what is the point in pee reviews? Sir ScottPat Icons-flag-gb Scotland Flag 1 UnS CUN VFH (talk) 11:25, April 10, 2013 (UTC)

Ol' Spike has thick skin, like a rhino. He also spends a huge amount of time making his horn nice and shiny. Like a rhino. -- Sir Mhaille Icons-flag-gb (talk to me)

The Pee Reviewer of the Month award is now dormant and is an archive. Will this be started up again as well? Sir ScottPat Icons-flag-gb Scotland Flag 1 UnS CUN VFH (talk) 16:56, April 10, 2013 (UTC)

I'd think it'd be started up. Some old admin who has left both sites spent some time getting rid of a few really nice awards. I like the UnBooks award myself, that was nice to get twice. Now it's archived. We should take some of those out of mothballs!!!! If nobody wins them for awhile, fine. ScottPat, Brother Spike won one award, what was it, something like 14 times in a row and he was very proud (at least I think so). It was for recording UnNews articles, and he made some great recordings. Then people archived that award, and I have no idea why. We can bring back that one too, if most people here agree. Awards are good things, and if they sit vacant for awhile, that's fine imnhoi. Aleister 17:20 10-4-'13
