Believe it or not, all of our problems related to having too many of something can be solved by making VFD run faster. --L 03:26, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

/me puts on silly sweater. "Wow, that sounds amazing ZIL. I'm sure our studio audience, as well as our viewers at home, want to hear more. What do you say, audience?" (audience goes "Wooo!"). --Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 03:57, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Let's vote more and participate in our uncommunity. HAHA.--Joseph5626 04:29, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

I echo these sentiments (especially Modus, who's always so inspiring and relevant), although with the cautionary note that VFD isn't for everyone: if you're the sort of person who really hates throwing things away in case they come in useful later, then the place may be more than you can stand. (Come to think of it though, outside Uncyc I am that person, so I relish coming on here and finding things that couldn't possibly ever come in useful ever and getting them zapped.) Ditto if you're the other extreme and are just going to say "It's not to my taste so therefore it can't be funny." --Strange (but) Untrue  Whhhy?Whut? How? *Back from the dead* 19:10, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Off topic: Move to "Too many people not voting on VFD"

Why not all complaints are like today?--Scott 04:18, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

If VFD were VFH we would have 15 featured articles a day

  • Oh great. I clicked the little "+" and now forgot who it was who started this discussion. But yah. They are wrong. On average, I go to VFD once a day, and on average, delete about 10 of 15 articles. Sometimes it is more, sometimes it is less. This is faster turnover then VFH and VFP. Today I deleted 12 articles (I think), all with less then two days of voting on them. I remember back in day (it was a Wednesday) when things would take at least three days until I deleted them. If anything, VFD is on the rise. -- Brigadier General Sir Zombiebaron 21:11, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
So you're saying we should join VFD (Votzen Forces Democratic) now, while we still have a chance? What colour shirt do we get to wear? When do we invade Poland? --Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 22:05, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

  • We don't need 15 new FeatuArticles each day, maybe every week... They don't have that much at Wikipedia (my half-empire)--Emperor Walter Humala <image removed> God save him!(God exists?) Crystal Clear app korganizer | wanna Talk? 02:37, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
  • We would look as crappy as ED then.--Scott 02:51, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Yas, well, Captain Obvious says "We have more VFD than VFH because it's easier to write a crappy article than a really good one." Captain Obvious, as we all know, is a bit of a twat really. But he's right. ----OEJ 03:36, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Tis true Zombie, it is moving steadily faster now actually. But more voters would always be welcome! --Strange (but) Untrue  Whhhy?Whut? How? *Back from the dead* 08:28, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
Actually, I'd prefer less crap. But this is good too. --Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 08:32, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
I'm glad we're over the days when complete dickheads would place 10 articles at a time on VFD. Icons-flag-au Sir Cs1987 UOTM. t. c 08:48, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
