Hi, I just read John Kerry's page, and I wonder... Is it me or it's not funny? I mean, there are jokes but it's more like free dissing and almost hateful, compared with typical sick fun jokes we usually see in articles? Just need your comments ty! First off, sign your comments, using four tildes. What do you mean you don't know what tildes are? Tildes, dammit! ~, see? Topleft o' the keyboard. Also: yeah, the page probably isn't funny. And yeah, it's probably pretty harsh to John Kerry. Without even looking, I'm guessing it has quite a few gay jokes, no? That's what happens when you have a page about an important figure or celebrity. The page tends to lack humor and go straight to slander and petty insults. Alas, such is the burden of a wiki -- anyone can edit, meaning even the most hard-headed humor-lacking slouch you can find, as long as he has a computer and doesn't wind up banned. Horribly predictable, isn't it, TheLedBalloon? Yes, the picture is captioned "John Kerry and his gay lover" and the first paragraph has him in a kiddy-pr0n film with the cast of Diff'rent Strokes (the name of the TV show is misspelled, predictably enough). Anonymous IPs wrote most of the crap, and a few real Uncyclopaedians did some cleanup and reverted the predictable hissy-fit vandalism. And no, Anklebab, it is not funny. It has a classic howler in the line which (again, predictably) says Kerry is a transexual: "John Kerry before the sex change sergury." Sergury! Oh, my goodness -- only three vowels in the word and two of them are in the wrong places. ----OEJ 01:30, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

A computer? I've been using an abacus, no wonder it's been so difficult to post to this site... --66.102.80.239 06:27, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

Really? The dual core abacuses...abaci...abacoo? are pretty fast. You just need to make sure to have at least a gig of those ball thingys. You can never have too many ball thingys. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 12:59, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
I edit using the rotting corpse of a dead catfish. Sure, the interface is a little outdated, but it gets me from point A to point B. -- Tinymooose.gif » Sir Savethemooses Grand Commanding Officer ... holla atcha boy» 21:12, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
