Forum:Idea for meta-article
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia
I've wanted to write something meta for a few days now, something entitled "Why this article should be taken down to the woods and shot", but I'm not sure how to stretch the concept beyond the original joke. Any ideas? TheDarthMoogle (talk) 15:08, April 25, 2013 (UTC)
- Look through the archives of Votes for Deletion to get a cross-section of articles that were almost taken down to the woods and shot (those that were beyond "almost," by definition, cannot be reviewed), so that you are writing from knowledge.
- Do not write a crappy article, even to mock crappiness, as Sean Hannity illustrates repetition by, ugh!, being repetitive: "On and on and on and on."
- It might be easier to write an UnNews that disparages itself--I did, last night, prompted by the AP wire on the hacking of AP--than to write such an article that would merit permanent retention in the encyclopedia. 15:22 25-Apr-13
