Yay or nay? --Littleboyonly TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK Oldmanonly 17:48, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

Uhh...maybe I'm missing something here, but what exactly are you suggesting we do? - P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon Baloon(Tick Tock) (Contribs) 20:59, Apr 26
Extend NotM eligibility to 33 days, to allow late-month entries and all that. Plus, since we're a little strapped for time to get this in, I say once this hits 10 yays it'll be immediately imposed. --Littleboyonly TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK Oldmanonly 22:53, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

Yays and Nays here

Motion passes, because I forgot admins count for 2 in forum votes. YTTE is re-eligible, and several other users are now retroactively eligible too! (not that it matters) --Littleboyonly TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK Oldmanonly 20:09, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

Oh. I like this retroactive continuity thing! Alright, from now on, let's all just "pretend" that none of us know what a spoon is, because we were raised by wolves who only used forks. But we won't be "pretending", because that's the way that history actually was. Effective immediately. Oh, also, Gwen Stacy never died. -- Brigadier General Sir Zombiebaron 00:02, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

  • Yay. --Littleboyonly TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK Oldmanonly 17:48, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
  • Aye.   Le Cejak <Apr 26, 2008 [18:02]>
  • Yea, although I think we should also consider my alternate proposal which is, admittedly, a little more generous. But this three day grace period is a start, I guess. Shouldn't this be happening over at NotM's talk page? ~Minitrue Sir SysRq! Talk! Sex! =/ GUNWotMRotMAotMVFHSKPEEINGHPBFF @ 18:35 Apr 26
    • Because people notice things on the forums more. --Littleboyonly TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK Oldmanonly 19:50, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
  • Yup I actually think we should extend the official nOOb period to two months. -OptyC Sucks! Icons-flag-us CUN19:04, 26 Apr
  • Yup on the 3 day first-edit grace period. Nay on extending the official n00b period to two months. --The Improver talkcontribs19:12, Apr 26 2008 (UTC)
  • Uh, okay. But if anyone comes here and asks for a grace period grace period, I'm going to go to their house and rearrange their furniture. Permanently. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 21:37, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
  • Ok then, per Modus. Down to the last armoir and secretary. - P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon Baloon(Tick Tock) (Contribs) 23:10, Apr 26
  • Yea, but only for removing the time limit entirely. Spang talk 23:59, 26 Apr 2008
  • Yay - so much for me staying out of any votes related to this. - 04:42 27 AprilSir FSt. (QotF BFF NotM) YTTETalk!Read!Sign!Whore!CMC!Pee!
  • Massachusetts says Yea. ~ Tophatsig 27/04/2008 @ 15:47
  • Nay - Also, didn't we have one of these votes that swayed towards having a 10 day nomination period for all awards? What ever happened to that? Oh, also, 3 days is too few to matter. If someone is 3 days late, only a real jackass pedant would care. -- Brigadier General Sir Zombiebaron 15:52, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
Ahem I was three days late and was disqualified by TFK! - 05:20 27 AprilSir FSt. (QotF BFF NotM) YTTETalk!Read!Sign!Whore!CMC!Pee!

  • Yeah, As long as it stays 3 days, and doesn't become just a general grace period. - UnIdiot | GUN | Talk | Contribs - 20:34, Apr 28
