How do you ask the administration a question and how long does it usually take to respond

You go to their talk page and ask the question, it depends largely on who you ask but not too long I'd imagine (SIGN POSTS LIKE THIS: ~~~~) ~Sir Frosty (Talk to me!) 03:37, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
