I am trying to make a new template that offers a random picture. Please add to it. Template:Pict Weasel Weasel 3689Sucrose b Colombia icon 03:10, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

We have this. It's <randomimage />
Prince Andrew
A completely random image.

The <randomimage /> just scares me. At least with a template you get some control over what you can see. FYI, this has been tried before - I can't remember what title it was at, or indeed what went wrong. But a nice 45px random picture strikes me as the sort of thing that could come in useful one of these days. Page containing nothing but a nice 45px random picture, anyone? (Note to n00bs: I'm not serious.) --Strange (but) Untrue  Whhhy?Whut?How? *Back from the dead* 12:56, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

ya I know aboot that but like you said it is kinda creepy and i want this to be more controlled (if you look at the page they are all 45px) so ya plz help

Here's an XHTML soultion:

<choose>
 <option>
  [[Image:Example.jpg|thumb|left]]
 </option>
 <option>
  [[Image:Foobar.png|thumb|right]]
 </option>
 */ And et cetera... /*
</choose>

For more examples, look at some of the templates in Category:Random templates. --Starnestommy (TalkContribsFFSWP) 05:25, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
