If there's more than a 3-way tie for 3rd place of the month, all 3rd places are disqualified. Clogging Top 10 of the year with borderline-top articles is no good. This is not retroactive. I decree that he automatically breaks ties in his favor and is always awarded co-WOTM every month from now until eternity.
