Since we live in 2010, if a nip is covered should it still be unsafe for work or school or even on the playgrounds (where I hang out alot, and just look, don't touch, as my parole officer says). Full breasts, fine, I can see that (and I do!), but if a woman is in a bra or anything that covers up the nipples and surrounding flesh, shouldn't we remove the NSFW tags? Sayin' just. This is 2010? Great Scott, Marty, we over shot! --Kip > Talk•Works•• 13:27, Sep. 27, 2010
No, because the nipple is still there. Even if it's covered up. --BlackFlamingo 17:45, September 27, 2010 (UTC)
I don't think your average employer is going to draw too strong a distinction between "breasts completely showing" and "breasts 90% showing." So, yeah, I'd say a picture of a girl in skimpy lingerie is NSFW. pillow talk 22:18, September 27, 2010 (UTC)
What Hype said. Although for images, the template appears below the image, but there isn't anything we can do about that. --Mn-z 21:48, September 28, 2010 (UTC)
It depends where you work. If it's NSFW where you work, you probably have job. Don't mess it up. We've got the only one left. There are millions of Americans waiting in line to take it. SirModusoperandiBoinc! 04:16, September 28, 2010 (UTC)
NSFW? WTF is that? OMG why don't I know these things... LOL I'm dumb.
I have to admit, the above line is the most witty, amazing, humorous, and inspirational line I have ever written. Now who wants to make me a throne made entirely of platinum and diamonds? ~ Readmesoon 04:29, September 28, 2010 (UTC)
Love, stick around more and you'd know these things. Uncyclopedia may have its jerks, assholes and idiocies (I should know, I'm one of them), but it really does have much to offer. I just can't think of what right now.
Although you're right, that line is rather impressive. ~*shifty eyes* (talk) (stalk) -- 20100928 - 12:55 (UTC)
How about non-skimpy clothing pics? If the breast is covered but you get some cleveage (sp?), even those seem to be plastered with the NSFW template by some. Could we draw a line at "almost nipple" (this is so stupid, ahhhhhh) and let the rest go free from their NSFW prison? An inch at a time, an inch at a time. Aleister 21:54 28 9
So, anyways, what is this NSFW thing? I mean, really, what is it? ~*shifty eyes* (talk) (stalk) -- 20100928 - 21:56 (UTC)
Why does it matter? It's just a template. Anyone who's not at work or school (Who shouldn't be on Uncyc anyway! Of course, I just say this because my school blocked Uncyc =/) shouldn't care too much about it anyway.--HM(T) 21:58, September 28, 2010 (UTC)
Your school blocked Uncy!!!! Start a page and we'll give them hell and then feature it. Censors. Is there something you can do about it? Aleister 22:05 28 9
Of course not. It's not as if I'm ever allowed to use the school's computers for leisure, anyway. I have one at home.--HM(T) 22:16, September 28, 2010 (UTC)
Does the school know you're using one of its computers at home? SirModusoperandiBoinc! 23:15, September 28, 2010 (UTC)
Most of the good things are, I find. SirModusoperandiBoinc! 23:20, September 28, 2010 (UTC)
What about majestic glowing peni? They're SFW, right? --Kip > Talk•Works•• 21:16, Sep. 29, 2010
This, for example, is labeled NSFW. Why? I dunno. Lots of pics like this there. Aleister 21:25 29 9
Header to break the image vomit
RE:Aleister, what is and is not SFW does depend on the context. If image exists to show boobs for sexual gratification, your employer probably doesn't want you looking at it. As for image tagging, I would say if its borderline, leave it as is. --Mn-z 23:50, September 29, 2010 (UTC)
Unfortunately, for good or ill, most places of employment think differently. Our SFW are determined by how the real world actually is. --Mn-z 13:57, October 3, 2010 (UTC)
