Ban-O-Mania

I think this blocking stuff is starting to get out of hand. Admins are coming up with increasingly more excuses to arbitrarily Banninate users and non-users. My two blocks as an IP were justified, but the infractions that got me banned were really not that serious. Please stop the madness!
