5. Protect users and IPs with fair bans and just huffs.
6. Let all user run groups rule internally resolving external disputes at ban patrol.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal editing rights with HTBFANJS.
9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the funny.
