"United States President" George Bush once claimed that he cared about ass everything. No matter how small and trivial it was, if it existed, Bush pretended to care about it. The American people bought into the act, and trusted George Bush to care about every facet of their lives. This, of course, was a grave mistake. It turns out that George Bush doesn't care about anything at all! Fortunately, God sent his only other son, Kanye West, and his good friend, Mr. Incredible as a messenger to the human race. Kanye would list everything that George Bush didn't care about, one thing at a time, while Mr. Incredible made a movie. People began to trust George Bush less and less, and mankind was saved.

These are things that George Bush is known to not care about. Anything not on the list is merely presumed not cared about.
