The Cambodian Banana University (CBU) in Phnom Penh is quite simply the best university in the whole of the world, if only because of its name. It is one of the prestigious Ivy League Banana Leaf League.

The Cambodian Banana University was founded in 1882 by an elephant. The elephant was called Professor William-Robert "Billy-Bob" Trumpington the third. Here is a picture of him naked. Being an animal, the naked picture is not obscene or even indecent.

The university teaches only four subjects: eating, sleeping, advanced eating, and extremely advanced eating. Eating is their most popular subject because most animals are a little bit stupid. Except the talking animals, they are very clever.

Cambodian Babana University was founded in the British colony of Burma, in 1882, after receiving a Charter from the Queen. This would cause legal trouble some years later, when, in 1896, the House of Lords determined that Oscar Wilde did not have the right the issues charters for universities. Fortunately, after, several petitions to the British government, Queen Victoria relented, and issued the university a valid charter. MR. St. Julian long time Holy Grail seeker has also resided in this university.
