For the religious among us who choose to believe lies, the so-called experts at Wikipedia have an article about Burt Reynolds.
Yeah, I'm naked. It's funny 'cause I'm not wearing anything.
“Turd Furgeson, It's a Funny name.”
~ Burt Reynolds on Turd Furgeson.

Burt Reynolds is considered one of the many sex symbols of the 20th Century. Even outrivaling Sean Connery during the 70's. Today, his name is Turd Furgeson so that everyone knows that he's actually funny...and he is, by the way.

[edit] Early Years

Burt Reynolds was born on Christmas...or in most cultures June 22nd. He was born somewhere in Michigan, but would never admit it. Even though he used to live in Arkansas as well, he settled along with his family in Florida where he would give money to his favorite charity...The Palm Beach Golf and Tennis Resort.

[edit] His career

In the 1960's, Burt Reynolds started off as a minor character in the show "Bonanza" and be on many shows featuring Dean Martin and Dom DeLuise. These TV Shows aren't seen anymore because Reynolds had real hair at the time.

It wasn't until 1973 after being in "Deliverance" when Reynolds lost all his hair and he was forced to wear a wig. But when "The Longest Yard" was made, every woman wanted Burt Reynolds since he made the 70's sexy.

Reynolds would try and pose naked for Playgirl and Cosmopolitan. This made Reynold's popularity soar. And in 1977, Reynolds would play a tough role in "Smokey and the Bandit" and a Semi-Tough Role in (what else)? "Semi-Tough". But stupidity came to Reynolds, which was a side-effect of wearing wig glue under your wig and accepted the role for "Cannonball Run".

[edit] Turd Furgeson

Look, oversized hat. It's funny 'cause it's bigger than. you know...a normal hat!

After making good films in the 70's, he made a few duds in the 80's and later the 90's. When Reynolds was in "Cop and 1/2", his stupidity really sank in and actually wanted to be named 'Turd Furgeson' in the whole movie. But on TV, he played a Ladies Man in "Evening Shade" which would win him an Emmy. Once he starred in "All Dogs go to Heaven" and the sequel "Some Dogs go to Hell", he would ad-lib saying "Yeah, I'm funny".

In 1996, after filming "Striptease" with Demi Moore, he would be on Celebrity Jeopardy where he would officially change his name to 'Turd Furgeson'. Once he changed his name, he starred in many remakes such as "The Dukes of Hazzard" and "The Longest Yard" with Adam Sandler.

Today, he sleeps in the Jeopardy Studio so he can scare Alex Trebek for no apparent reason.
