Hitlerbear reminds you to focus on quality.

  • Nominate an image you find excellent. Use {{vfp|filename.ext|width in pixels|image name|caption|artist's username}}. Make sure you sign your votes with ~~~~ or the "your signature with timestamp" button on the edit screen.
    • You may nominate up to two of your own images per week. No more. You can nominate as many images by other people as you want.
    • Voting: use "For" or "Against" (or some clear iteration) in bold type to specify your vote. Comments are allowed, but excessive discussion/argument is not. Use the image's talk page for that.
    • Please submit only ORIGINAL IMAGES to VFP. Images from elsewhere on the internet can be used on articles, but will not be featured.
    • When nominating an image, you may place {{VFP}} on the image page.
  • Do not remove or archive nominations. Loser admins will see to that.
  • You can see all previously featured images here, or on the archived voting pages: 1, 2, 3.
  • To vote on previously featured images, use Uncyclopedia:PFP.

Current nominations

  • New nominations on top, votes start with *, add --~~~~ after your vote, please.

Sputnik grapefruit

Unbeknownst to many, Sputnik I was just a grapefruit with some fins superglued to it; for that matter, the entire Soviet Space Program was a ruse based on some cleverly constructed models and false intelligence reports. The United States later responded to Sputnik by faking a moon landing.

Zoloft Seppuku

Featured picture candidate

Though Zoloft has been very successful in its ad for fighting depression on American television, it's had difficulty adapting its campaign for airing in Japan.

Comment It's something to do with honorable disembowelment and beheading. I've never tried it myself, but I hear it's the shit. --Spin 22:56, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Comment. In feudal Japan, Samurai had the option of suicide when they lost a battle so that they could maintain their family's honor, and a surprising number of them took that option.--<<Bradmonogram.png>> 23:45, 26 March 2006 (UTC)

  • for I like those ads...--Nappy The Quarryman 17:01, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Comment this is obviously a refrence to something (ads has been mentioned a couple times) but in the good old Canadian States of America, we don't seem to see these ads, therefore making it not very funny to me. But I won't vote against it because I only don't get it due to my own short fallings --Brigadier General Sir Zombiebaron 02:21, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Comment Zombie, I don't know about everyone else, but I would think you should vote against if you don't think it's funny. If it's because you're Canadian, fine. I'm sure other Canadians visit the site, too, so "Canadians won't get this" is a valid reason to vote against (though probably not to openly campaign to take it down). That's my thought, anyway.--<<Bradmonogram.png>> 04:56, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
